Mary brushes her teeth and Pictures

Anna relaxing in her seat. Stephen thinks she has the profile of Harold from Harold and the Purple Crayon. Yeah, she kind of does, but it's cute.

Daddy helps Mary brush her teeth every night (Daddy is in charge of Mary from dinnertime to bedtime - isn't Stephen amazing!). She really enjoys brushing and keeps telling herself, "Great job!" We're big on praise in this house, so I suppose she's picking up on it (not a bad thing I guess).

But she still can't spit. Oh well . . .

Daddy puts together Mary and Anna's play kitchen. Notice the blue line on the floor? We had to set that up because Mary kept pulling things out of the box before Daddy was ready. We gave her some crayons, paper, and some toys and she was just fine on her side of the line. Mary loves her new kitchen, by the way! I can't wait until her pots and pans come in and we can do a little more than take the food in and out of the oven. She's going to love it (and Mama will, too)!!

I love the line on the floor idea. I'm not sure that it would have worked for us at that age but it still sounds like a great idea.
