House Update

If you've been keeping up with us, you know that in late June we bought a new house in the Camelot subdivision. Our old house has been on the market ever since, with considerable improvements made to it by Stephen and his handy dad. Well. . . we have an offer! In this crazy awful economy, God has brought an offer our way! It's very close to our asking price, so we accepted. Pending a satisfactory inspection, we'll be under contract with a closing date of September 28. We are sooooooo relieved! Almost everyday we see something in the news about home prices dropping, it's just so unsettling. I know Stephen will be glad to stop mowing two lawns, too!
