Last night we babysat for some friends while they went on their date night. They have an adorable little boy who is one year older than Mary and (thankfully) very easy to watch. Mary got a chance to try out a big new toy. It's one of those where she sits in it and bounces up and down; it's supposed to help develop leg muscles while keeping kids entertained.
She's still a little too small to really enjoy it. In this picture she's sort of playing, but it didn't last long. Most of the time she sat there with her arms next to her sides looking off into space. Oh well . . . This rainforest jumper has a high back to support her neck, which I think is really handy. I'd like to get a jumper with that feature when she's a little older, maybe around October or so.
You won't see many pictures with me in them; I like to be the ones taking the photos instead. But here's a quick picture of me and my baby girl. I pretty much entertained Mary while Stephen played with the other little boy. Everyone had a good time!
