I thought it might be nice to share some of our favorite family recipes every once in a while, so here we go:Chicken Packets have quickly become a favorite in our home. They look pretty skimpy in the picture, but I pack in some shredded cheese, fresh tomatoes and chopped green pepper to plump it up a bit. It's one of my all-time favorites because it's quick, easy, and oh-so-good! Enjoy!

That does look yummy. I have a sweeter take on that same idea. I make them stuffed with jelly & cream cheese, sprinkle outside with cinnamon & sugar (if desired). I love them! They are easy & oh so good, too.
