Mary is almost three years old, so we're (obviously) not doing formal piano lessons yet (looking to start around age 5). However, Grandmother gave Mary an absolutely fantastic first piano lesson book, My First Piano Adventure for Young Beginners. Here is the website. The book comes with a CD, and it so sooooo good! If you're looking for a fun way to introduce little ones to the piano, give this program a look (I believe she picked it up at AB Stevens in Huntsville). Mary loves it, asks to do her lesson all the time, and has already learned SO much just from listening to the great CD and from playing around on the keys.
