Our First Fantasy Play

Last Friday night, Stephen, Mary, and I went to see our first Fantasy Playhouse Children's Theater production! It was Cinderella, and it was SO great; the adults even enjoyed it! Fantasy Playhouse is turning out to be a family tradition for us. Stephen's parents took him to this same theater beginning when he was Mary's age. He still remembers going, and it's special to him. I love that we can continue the tradition with our daughters. Mary is also following in her daddy's footsteps in another way: Early Childhood Music classes. I have an orientation tonight for Mary's music camp next month. Stephen went through almost the same program 27 years ago, although it wasn't called Early Childhood Music yet, but it was at the same music store. I think that's pretty neat!

Stephen goes back to work today. He's had over a week off while power has been slowly restored to Redstone Arsenal. I'm sad to see him leave, but I'm glad to be getting back into a daily routine. I hope you all have a great week!
