Mary and I went to Alabama Youth Ballet's Cupcake and Characters this morning! In a couple weeks, the AYB Theater will perform Arthur and the Magic Sword at the VBC Playhouse (yes, we're sooo there!), and this morning was a little promotion for it aimed at the little girls who want to be ballerinas one day (obviously this was right up Mary's alley). Mary got to decorate a cupcake, play dress-up, have a pretend tea party, and then we all watched the dancers do a few works from the upcoming show. This was Mary's first time to see ballet in person, and she LOVED it! She danced around like crazy in the front yard when we got home. Very excited about taking her to the performance in a couple weeks!

We thought about attending that! Several of Allie's friends from AHG are ballerinas there- some were in your pictures! They will be performing in Arthur and the Sword. We are so there, too! You have to join AHG when Mary starts kindergarten. She would love it! So glad you guys had fun!
