SOLD

In less than two hours, our old house will be sold! We are so excited and thankful to God for allowing this process to go so quickly and smoothly. We stopped by the old house over the weekend to pick up some staging stuff and to say a final goodbye. The house was in bad shape when we bought it; it was a foreclosure that needed lots of love. We did what we could and really made it fit nicely into the neighborhood again. It's a cute house now, and we enjoyed it for our first three years as a family. Our new house, not so new anymore, is absolutely perfect for us. It's very close to the grandparents, just enough space for a family of four, and it has a great downstairs area for visiting friends and family (so they can have their own space, too).

After the closing, Stephen and I are going out to dinner. Things really couldn't get any better today!
