If I were to do a one-line write-up, here's what I would say:
Clean 3br Rancher, move-in ready, located in SE HSV close to Arsenal and shopping.
It's not up on MLS yes, but when it is I'll post the link. We're pretty excited about it; the house looks great, in my opinion. It's perfect for a new family or single person, and it's move-in ready, which is a big deal. Our competition up the street is not, so I think we have the edge. We priced ours a little lower than theirs, and we also added a homeowner's warranty. Hopefully it will sell quickly, we'll see. The open house will either be next Sunday or the Sunday following that one. We'll keep you posted!
